- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.  
- To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.  
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and verified.  
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.  
- Due to the nature of fragrances, opened/used products cannot be returned.
